He started his career as a Pharmaceutical Marketing Professional & subsequently shifted to Project Management. He has worked with various well-known Pharmaceutical companies such as Sanofi Winthrop –USA, Smithkilne Bheecham – USA, Mundi Pharma – Switzerland, Ego Pharmaceuticals – Australia, Tyco – USA, Astra Zenica – USA, Dynamic Sutures – Australia, Smith & Nephew - USA, Rudolf - GmbH, Mathys Synthys - Switzerland, Otsuka – Japan, Baxter Pakistan & Fresenius Kabi – Pakistan, Etc....) and Locally with Hemas Pharmaceuticals, CIC Health Care, Analytical Instruments Pvt Ltd, Shield Medicals and Morisons.
Also, he is the owner of Fuji Lanka Pharmaceutical (Pvt) Ltd which is the largest IV Solutions Manufacturing Company in Sri Lanka scheduled to start its commercial operations in 2023. Comfortable with full or collaborative responsibility for providing strategic direction of the organization’s public image and product-service lines. Particularly strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; expert in building top-producing relationships with customers and business partners locally and internationally.
Managing Director Nulife Biotech (Pvt) Ltd which is been set up to manufacture antibiotics at the Oyamaduwa Zone. Shareholder / Director of Spectrum Pharmatech Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, whom is the Developer and the Management company appointed by the cabinet of Sri Lanka to Develop and Manage the Dedicated Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Economic Zone in Oyamaduwa / Anuradhapura. By Profession he is a Bio Medical Technician, was assisting most of the renowned Orthopedic surgeons in Sri Lanka and he was appointed trainer for Endo – Button system (ACL/ PCL Reconstruction Surgery) by Smith & Nephew – USA to Sri Lanka. He holds a PhD & MBA from University of EIU – France.
